We collect only what we need to fulfill your order. We do not use advertising trackers and we never sell your information.

This policy explains what personal information MODE XV (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit modexv.com or place an order, how we use it and who we share it with. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to fulfill your order and support you.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and the items you order.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact support.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Cookies, local storage & tracking
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles.
Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It stays on your device.
Our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting provider (Cloudflare) may use cookies or similar technology and process technical data such as your IP address to process payments, prevent fraud and keep the site secure. We do not control these and they are covered by those companies’ own policies.
How we use your information

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the store, such as Stripe (payments), USPS (shipping), and our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@modexv.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep some records, such as order and tax records, as the law requires.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments are handled by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
