When and how you can return a MODE XV product, and how refunds work.

Return window & eligibility
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. Only unopened items in their original packaging are eligible.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email support@modexv.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back as instructed.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping costs
The customer pays the shipping cost to return an item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, since we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
If we made a mistake
If we sent you the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
Order changes & cancellations
Because orders ship within 24 hours, email us right away if you need to cancel or change an order. We can do this only if it has not shipped yet.
