Shipping destinations

MODE XV currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Services & rates

We ship with USPS.

• Orders over $30: free shipping.
• Orders $30 or under: shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, depending on the USPS service used and your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package with USPS.

Address changes, delays, lost & damaged packages

Address changes. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@modexv.com right away. We can update it only if the order has not shipped yet.

Delays. If your package is later than expected, email us with your order number and we will share the tracking details.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once a package is handed to the carrier, MODE XV is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone can receive the package. If there is a problem, contact us with your order number and we will provide the shipment details you may need to follow up with USPS.
