Why the set

• Hold, two ways. PVP, a film-forming polymer, gives the pomade its strong hold. Acacia senegal gum helps the powder hold.
• Volume and grip. Silica silylate adds grip and volume to flat hair.
• Shine or matte, your call. Dimethicone helps smooth hair and add shine. Silica and modified corn starch keep hair matte.
• Washes out easily. The pomade is water-based.

How to use the powder

With your hand at least 2 inches from your head, apply 3–4 pumps to dry hair. Work it through evenly with your fingers. Add more for more hold. Best for thin, short to medium hair under 6 inches.
