We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original, unused condition and include proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After 7 days, all sales are final.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@modexv.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
