Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After processing, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within the United States.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MODE XV is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, MODE XV is not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. MODE XV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
