Return window
You have 7 days from delivery to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
How it works
- Email support@modexv.com with your order number.
- We send you return instructions.
- You send the item back, and we email you once it has been inspected.
Return shipping
The customer pays the shipping cost to return an item. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
