Order processing
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
U.S. shipping
We ship across the United States with USPS. Shipping is free on orders over $30. On smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery
Expect your order 3 to 5 business days after it ships, depending on the USPS service and where you live. Estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
You will get tracking information by email when your order ships.
Delayed packages
If your package is late or tracking has stopped updating, email support@modexv.com with your order number and we will share the tracking details.
Incorrect addresses
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change an address only if the order has not shipped yet.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Once a package is handed to USPS, MODE XV is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Contact us with your order number and we will provide the shipment details you may need. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.
