Agreement to these terms
By using modexv.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products & use
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and packaging may look slightly different on your screen. Follow the directions on the product and stop using it if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetic grooming products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example because of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment you made.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Shipping costs, and any applicable taxes, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping & returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, access it by unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The MODE XV name, logo, product images, videos and site content belong to MODE XV and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MODE XV will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
